Privacy & terms
Draft. This describes what the site currently does with information you send it. It has not been through legal review and will be replaced.
What this site collects
If you send an enquiry, the site stores what you typed into the form: your name, company, email address, telephone number, country, the type of enquiry and the message itself. It records which page you sent it from.
Nothing else is collected. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and there are no third-party trackers on any page.
Why it is stored
So that an engineer can answer you. An enquiry is saved in our content management system before any notification is sent, which means your message is not lost if email fails.
Who can see it
Staff accounts with access to the content management system. Enquiries are not readable by anyone else, and they are not published anywhere on the site.
Cookies
A cookie is set only if you sign in to an account on this site, and only to keep you signed in. Browsing the public site sets no cookies.
How long it is kept
To be confirmed. A retention period will be stated here, including for CVs sent to us.
Asking us to remove it
Write to us using the contact page and we will remove what we hold about you, unless we are required to keep it.
Questions about any of this go through the contact page.
