The prices for packaging and shipping are finalised with customer before each sending the consignment. As each consignment is customer specific, so the rates offered by us are also customer specific.

Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, cancellation can be done only within the same working day. No cancellation is entertained beyond the same working day.

Return Policy:
Return of sales are processed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 15 working days from date of resolution of complaint.
